A new dangerous epidemic was born

A severe epidemic like Corona wreaked havoc around the world, killing millions.

According to the report, a deadly epidemic has spread in different parts of Iraq, the external symptoms of which are manifested in the form of bleeding from the body after the rise in temperature and eventually the patient dies which deteriorates rapidly.

Experts have dubbed it Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF), which is transmitted to humans through fragments.  The disease is spread by a neurovirus, and the patient develops a fever, severe headache, nausea and vomiting, body aches, and severe bleeding from the injection site and even from the nose.

That is why cattle, such as cows and goats, spread the disease to humans, whether in the fields or in war zones.  The World Health Organization has confirmed that a total of 111 CCHF patients and 19 of them have died.  The highest number of deaths occurred in Dhi Qar Governorate.

The World Health Organization (WHO) says that CCHF can be transmitted to humans through blood or meat immediately after being bitten by an insect or slaughtered by an infected animal.  In 2021, there were 16 cases in one county in which seven people died.
