Teachers do not need to obtain a no-objection certificate from the department to pursue higher education in the evening after school hours.  The Ministry of Education has issued instructions to all educational institutions across Punjab.

Good news for teachers in government schools across Punjab, including Lahore.  Teachers will not have to obtain a no-objection certificate from the department to pursue higher education in the evenings after school hours.

In this regard, the Ministry of Education has issued instructions to all educational institutions across Punjab.  According to the Department of Education, teachers will not be required to obtain permission to pursue any degree, including M.Phil and Ph.D.
