How do you know if milk is pure or not?

Milk is a basic need of every family but it is mixed in milk like any other commodity in the society.  It is very easy to tell whether the milk is pure or not.

In the market place people started selling white solution with the help of chemicals instead of milk which is a very harmful substance for health.

This is a sign that when the milk is heated it immediately turns yellow, which means that it is not milk but only chemicals.

Another way is to take a steel tray and place it on the wall so that it becomes a slide and put a drop of milk on it.

If a drop of milk starts flowing down and becomes a white stream behind it, then it is a sign of pure milk.

If a drop of milk starts flowing rapidly downwards and leaves no trace behind, it is a sign that the milk contains water and is adulterated.

Sometimes after adding water to milk, starch or starch is dissolved in it to remove thinness.

To check this, take a glass of milk and add 1 teaspoon of iodized salt and let it sit for a while.  If the milk turns blue, it indicates that there is a mixture in the milk.  Pure milk will not change color.
