The cancer-fighting virus was injected into the patient

For the first time, scientists injected the virus into a patient's body.

The first phase of human-to-human testing for the deadly cancer virus has begun, in which the virus will be injected into the bodies of 100 adults with cancer.  Phase I testing for the cancer eradication virus began in 2022.

At the beginning of the phase, for the first time, a virus was injected against human cancer, which entered human cells and acted as an antiviral, forming cancer cells.  According to experts, the virus becomes active in human cells, where cancer cells have already formed, and there the virus takes back thousands of copies and directs to attack cancerous cells or parts of the human body.

The virus does not infect healthy cells or parts of the human body, but only the infected cells.  The virus was first tested on animals before the first human test, and the results were encouraging.

During the first human trial, the virus will be injected into five types of cancer patients, including those with advanced cancer.  Experts hope that this virus will prove to be an effective weapon against cancer.  This will be proven and further progress will be made in research and treatment against mumps.
