Train from Peshawar to Karachi crashes

Three bogies of Awami Express from Peshawar to Karachi derailed but no casualties were reported.

According to details, the accident took place near City Gate due to which the lower track was suspended for traffic while the reasons for derailment of the train have not been confirmed yet.

Rail officials said it would take three to four hours to get the track back.  The relief train coming from Rohri was diverted to the accident site.
