According to a study, experts analyzed previous joint studies on the use of eggs and the risk of death from various causes such as dietary cholesterol, heart disease or cancer.

After a systematic review of 55 studies, experts concluded that eating an extra egg a day could increase the risk of death by 7% and the risk of cancer by 13% in particular.

People who ate eggs only twice a week had an increased risk of early death.  Experts recommend eating colorful, plant-based foods and incorporating exercise into your daily routine.  To avoid the dangers of long-term illness.
