According to reports, the Punjab and Sindh governments have announced the schedule of public holidays for Eid-ul-Azha. Both counties have declared holidays from June 28 to July 1. Notifications have been issued by both the governments informing the public about the schedule.
5-day working offices in Punjab will enjoy Eid holidays from June 28 to 30. Offices operating a 6-day work week will have an extended break from June 28 to July 1.
This arrangement ensures that employees who work long hours get enough time to participate in religious activities and enjoy festivals.
The federal government has also announced an update regarding Eid-ul-Azha holidays. And they decided to extend the holiday period to another day including Wednesday, June 28. A notice was issued by the federal government to inform the concerned authorities and the public.
