Important order of the school education department regarding teachers

In a situation where thousands of teachers do not have professional degrees, the Department of School Education has ordered that teachers who have completed their bachelor's degree be brought in permanently for a specified period.

In case of non-completion of professional degree of thousands of teachers in schools across Punjab including Lahore, the Department of School Education has ordered that the teachers who have completed the degree of Bachelor of Education should always be posted till the due date.

The said teachers were recruited from 2014 to 2018.  The Department of School Education has asked all the authorities to provide details of the tenure of the teachers so that the complete record of the teachers who have completed the degree of Bachelor of Education can be submitted by June 10.

According to the Department of School Education, teachers who do not take admission in B.Ed by the due date will be dismissed.
