A PTA spokesman said the new system did not have a mechanism to monitor social media, and that the new system was designed to prevent unethical content, and that the new system would not affect citizens' privacy.

A PTA spokesman added that the new system would not affect the speed of the Internet, and that an automated blocking system would save time.
