Currently the best selling smartphone in the world is Apple's iPhone 13, not Samsung or any other phone.
IDC, the company that releases smartphone sales data, has selected the top 5 best-selling phones for the first quarter of 2022.
The iPhone 13 was the third best-selling phone in the last quarter before 2021, surpassing all other phones between January and March 2022. The report does not mention the number of iPhone 13 units sold during this period, but the iPhone 11 in 2020 and the iPhone in 2021. With 12 of the world's best-selling phones, it's no surprise that the iPhone 13 topped the list in the first quarter.
