Delayed Summer Vacations Announced for Private Schools and Colleges in Islamabad

The Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) has announced the summer vacation schedule for all private schools and colleges operating under the authority of Islamabad.

As per the official notification issued by Bara, the summer holidays in all private educational institutions in Islamabad will start on Friday 10 June and end on Sunday 31 July.

The educational process in private schools and colleges in Islamabad will resume on Monday, August 1, while the next academic year ends on March 31, 2023.

Note that PEIRA's summer vacation schedule conflicts with the summer vacation that has already been notified by the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) for public and private schools and colleges.

According to an official notification issued by the Director of Academics at FDE, summer holidays at public and private educational institutions in Islamabad will begin on Monday 6 June and end on Sunday 31 July.
