The Ministry of Education's message states that private universities are free to enter into agreements with foreign educational institutions.
More than 80 private universities across the country, including Lahore, will benefit from the government's policy.
It should be noted that the terms of the government's agreement with foreign educational institutions will apply only to public universities.
