The price of petrol will go up to Rs. 320

PTI leader and former federal energy minister Omar Ayub has said that the prices of petroleum products will go up to Rs 320 per liter.

According to details, Tehreek-e-Libek leader and former energy minister Omar Ayub while addressing a press conference said that the crisis of load shedding in the country is intensifying while the Prime Minister announced to end load shedding in 48 hours.  But now the Prime Minister and the Minister of Energy.  He said that load separation will also take place in July.

He said that Pakistan imports oil from Russia and PTI government has stopped loading of 80% of nutrients while 99% of the country has been provided uninterrupted power supply during Iftar and Sehri.

Omar Ayub said the country was facing a shortage of 7,000 to 8,000 MW of electricity and the price of electricity would go up to Rs 45 per unit by August.  The life of the poor became impossible.

He said that OGRA has recommended 400% increase in gas prices and prices of petroleum products will also go up by Rs2.50.  320 per liter
