Honda Civic’s Major Quality Control Issue Has Outraged Netizens

Although the automotive industry in Pakistan has grown significantly over the past few years, quality control is still a major issue.

In related news, Honda Atlas Cars Limited (HACL) has sold the 11th generation Civic to a customer with a major cosmetic defect.  A video clip that went viral on social media from an angry customer showed the new Civic, which doesn't have matching door panels.

During registration, the customer explained that he chose an all-black interior.  He added that after receiving his car, he noticed that three of the door panels were black and one gray, which he also showed in the video.

He lamented that his car was too expensive for him and that a big company like HACL had committed egregious negligence by signing on for a defective car at the quality check stage.  Commentators criticized the company and accused the customer of accepting delivery of the defective vehicle.

HACL's lack of quality control has particularly annoyed Honda Civic buyers, which start at Rs.  5.55 million and up to Rs.  6.65 million companies have yet to respond to this issue and the outrage it has caused on social media.
