Electronic Arts (EA) has finally announced the official launch date for Apex Legends Mobile. The smartphone version of the popular Battle Royale game has been in development for quite some time, as well as undergoing several initial builds, but is finally ready to officially go.
Apex Legends launches for mobile next week, May 17, 2022. It will be available on both iOS and Android smartphones via the App Store and Google Play Store. The game was already available in some regions, but its official global launch date has yet to be announced. It has been very successful in the areas where it is already available.
Apex Legends is a very popular battle royale game on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. Unlike regular Battle Royale shooter games, Apex Legends is a hero based video game similar to Overwatch where each character has their own unique abilities.
After the success of PUBG and Call of Duty on smartphones, Apex Legends has also decided to enter the field. Another popular shooter game called Valorant is also coming to smartphones, but there is no release date for this game yet.
