The Saudi government has announced scholarships for 600 Pakistani students in diploma, bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs at 25 universities.
According to details, the Pakistani embassy in Riyadh issued a letter to the Higher Education Authority regarding the scholarships. Scholarships will be provided in politics, law, education, administration, economics, computer science, Arab Islamic sciences, agriculture and media. Scholarships in science have also been announced. Scholarships will be awarded to each university with a 5% share.
Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University Scholarship for Women will be given 8%, Islamic University of Madinah 85% Scholarship, 17 to 25 years for undergraduate program and 30 years for Masters program. Will be eligible.
The age limit for PhD is 35 years. Students receiving scholarships in the science department get 900 riyals while in the arts they get 850 riyals. Married students will also be given housing allowance equal to 3 months stipend. The Pakistani embassy in Riyadh issued a letter to higher education regarding the scholarship.
