The future of thousands of students is in jeopardy

18% of primary schools are inactive, 40% of the results are unsatisfactory and 28% of children are found to have fake school attendance.

Millions of students in more than 4,000 primary schools are at constant risk.  The school was handed over to the Punjab Education Initiative five years ago under the Public Private Partnership Framework.

Of these schools, 18% are inactive and 40% are unsatisfactory.  According to sources, enrollment in 28% of schools is fake.  The Department of School Education decided to supervise the said schools.  AEOs will be paid Rs.  500 per school for monitoring.  Monitoring will take place in August.

In case of unsatisfactory performance, the primary school will be returned to the custody of the school education department.  These schools include 27 schools in Lahore.
